Description of Work: Removed a large damaged tree. Expert and safe work. Tree was close to house and crews obviously knew how to control the fall of the pieces so as to not risk damage to house, yard light, or mailbox. Excellent and prompt cleanup. Would definitely use them again for tree work.

VERY UNRESPONSIVE. MUST HAVE ALL THE BUSINESS THEY CAN HANDLE OR INCOMPETENT PEOPLE ANSWERING THE PHONE. IF THEY CANNOT COME OUT BECAUSE THEY ARE OVERWHELMED, THEY SHOULD TELL THE CUSTOMER SO THEY WILL NOT WAIT FOR A CALL BACK.
Description of Work: WE CALLED THIS COMPANY TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON HAVING SEVERAL LARGE TREES TRIMMED. AFTER A WEEK WE CALLED AGAIN AND ASKED FOR SOMEONE TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK! WE HAD THE JOB DONE BY ANOTHER COMPANY, IT WAS NOT A SMALL JOB AS IT COST US $1700. WE HAD TRIED TO GET THESE PEOPLE TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE A YEAR BEFORE AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED THEN, NO RESPONSE.

A NEIGHBOR'S TREE WAS STRUCK BY LIGHTING AND THE LARGE LIMB CRASHED ONTO OUR ROOF. WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF MY PHONE CALL THE CREW WAS ON-SITE TO REMOVE THE LIMB AND PATCHED SMALL HOLES AND TARPED THE AREA TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE.
