Very quick and efficient.  In fact, he did the work before the movers came and when the dryer arrived, i realized it had a different plug and it didn't match the outlet he'd installed..  He came out the next week and put the correct one in.  Wasn't his fault, because even though the dryer was very new, my last place had the old style outlet, so he could not have known.

The service was very good. The cost was comparable to another service provider offering an alternative solution. The cost was very cost efficient. I heard from an independent person after the service that the system was very energy efficient.

John's approach to the job was professional all the way. He contacted us after our initial inquiry and came to the house to give the estimate. The price was reasonable and his crew did excellent work, with no problems in any way.  The only fly in the ointment is that it took him longer than expected to begin the job. He is a small company and had other projects in the works. He explained that to us and we were OK with it.

We were very happy with their work.  They were excellent.

John is a very nice, intelligent man. He is knowledgeable about low voltage lighting, which not all electricians understand or even want to work with.
