The experience was excellent from start to finish. The estimate given was very clear, gave me plenty of detaisl and answered all my questions. This person was very down-to-earth and reassuring. The contract was sent quickly with all the information and pictures to help show the work to be done. They finished the job in 3 1/2 days and were extremely professional, neat and clean throughout the whole job. They continued to welcome any questions or information needed. I would definitely hire them again if needed and would recommend them to anyone.

It went very well! We got several estimates and really did our homework for this before selecting Freeman. The estimates were all over the map -- some were much higher than Freeman and some much lower. But the ones that were lower came from guys who were one-man crews operating out of their houses, they were bidding on only parts of the job, and I doubt they were bonded and insured. Freeman was the lowest bid of what appeared to be the reputable and established companies who bid on the job. The crew came when they were supposed to and were always polite and professional. They did not track dirt into the house, even though it would have been easy to do. They finished maybe a day later than they said they would, but I think that was because of rain, so no big deal. And now we have a completely dry basement! The system works just great. The first time it rained, one of the pipes coming out of a window well was leaking pretty bad, but we just called them up and they came right out and fixed it at no extra charge. It's been almost a year now, and we are very pleased with the results and have no complaints.

They are wonderful. I have used them for years and their prices are always very reasonable. There has never been a problem after they finished the work. I would highly recommend them.

We met on July 28, they provided a proposal on August 13, and they performed the work in the middle of October. We got bids from Holland House and from Helitech too. Freeman was $2.35 per sq. ft. while Holland was $2.57 and Helitech was $3.59. Overall Freeman did an OK job. They did a sloppy job near the garage splattering concrete on my doors. They left the street messy too. Patches on holes do not blend in with the old concrete.
