I have a 2004 Honda civic Hybrid that needs some AC work. Specifically it needs to have it Condenser replaced, the moister filter replaced, the system pumped down and the system re charged with coolant. I have called around and either gotten the cold shoulder because its a hybrid or got a very High quote, Floyd's did neither, they were very helpful, asked all the right questions, and gave me a quote over the phone that included everything but tax. the quote was very reasonable. I got an appointment right away and they ordered the parts before I brought the car in so they were there and waiting. I will either updat this quote or write a new one once the work is completed. So far so good!
