It did not go well at all. The old siding was removed, and along with it went the wrap and Styrofoam insulation under it. I demanded that the house get a TYVEK wrap prior to new siding: it was not wrapped. Plus kris was asked to inspect whether there was insulation in the exterior walls or not; he did not, because there was no insulation in the walls from house being built in 1955. If he did, then we could have tackled that from the exterior instead of now needing to do it and having to either tear out walls inside, or re-do everything from the outside. Idiot!. Then, when he was suppose to come in and measure widows, he forgot a couple, and we had to wait on backorder for the first set, and the next set of windows. He wasted a lot of our time on just that, but found out later that it was kris and his crew that caused most of the delays during the whole build. Plumbers were the second biggest delay, but that falls under triton contracting (idiots). When he finally decided to come over to put in windows and doors, after he did the siding, he left gaps around the different sized doors/windows on the outside, and we still have gaps at top and bottom of doors from the inside. The bay window has sharp edges (eye height of my 3 year old daughter) and gaps in the exterior wrap of the bay window allowing water, wind, bugs to enter. I have called numerous times for this to be fixed, but he continues to ignore my requests. I had the worst experience of remodeling that anyone could imagine experiencing. The group of my City's inspectors have informed me that what had happened through out the whole build here at my home: is now a level of: "How bad can it be?" as the worst level of quality workmanship. He got paid to do all of the work correctly, he did not. To me, that's stealing.. He said he would return to fix what needed to be fixed, he did not. To me, that's lying.
