Christine Elbert and her processor Patti were amazing. We couldn't have received better service anywhere. The loan went through in a timely fashion, even sooner than we expected. Christine is extremely knowledgeable and explained all of the details to us to ensure we had understanding. She and Patti worked diligently to obtain the best terms for us as they could and we couldn't be happier. Christine even drove across the state to be there for our closing where I would assume many would just use FedEx. First Integrity Mortgage is just that...full of integrity. They never promised anything they felt the could not deliver and they were always ahead of schedule. We would definitely use their services in the future if a need were ever to arise. These individuals made the process as smooth as a mortgage can go since the housing crisis. They were professional at all times, knowledgeable, and efficient. Christine even traveled across the state from St. Louis to Kansas City to be there for us in our closing. It was okay. There were a couple of instances when they didn't get the paperwork back to me on time.

We were very satisfied with the whole process. I spoke with Matt a number of times on the phone and he was always very helpful and friendly. He still checks in with us every once in a while to see how things are going. If still in the area I would use him again in the future.

Matt and Patty did a great job of helping us identify the best mortgage and also were able to provide a much lower rate on our second mortgage than other companies. They were both professional, easy to contact and easy to work with. Matt went above and beyond with securing us pre-approval and doing a mobile closing.

Matt and his assistant Patty were great. They were very helpful in explaining the different options, getting us a good rate and preparing all the closing paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. In addition, they were very professional and responsive to our needs. We would definitely use them again.
