not very good. he was an hour late. It was a rental property so I had to set on the steps for an hour waiting on him. They use subs. This guy was nice, but not professional. It was hard to tell if he actually knew what he was doing or just faking it. I had to remind him three times that I wanted an actual video recorded for my insurance purposes. Never marked the bad spot. Said i needed to snake out the line, then at the last minute after another job had called on his cell phone, he said i didn't need that. ok? I decided not to go with the company to actually replace my line because the owner kept calling me for 2 days every hour and leaving me messages. I finally got him to stop calling.

Broke concrete pad in front and did not replace, did not fill in external hold completely nor tuckpoint foundation properly causing basement to flood twice, did not notify me that they would work from inside basement and therefore covered all computer and workout equipment with dirt, dust and debris, workers left garbage in back yard. They have told me multiple times they would come back and complete the job, never did.

Representatives (Dave and Joe) were on time or close to on time. both were polite. Dave came by to determine if there was a problem. We spent roughly an hour and decided, yes, there is a problem and it needed attention. The bypass value was leaking. Dave said someone would be by the next day to perform the repair or replace the faucet. this surprised me. I expected the work to be completed in one visit. Joe came by the next day and performed the work. It took about two hours. We purchased and installed an access panel. As I stated, I expected to only have one visit, especially since the call started in the early afternoon.

On Thanksgiving Day with lots of family members at my house, the sewer decided to stop up in the basement. I called and the plumber responded in less than an hour. The problem was fixed in no time. The holiday was saved.
