I contracted with Final Touch Painting and Wall Covering , owned by Jim Modlin to paint the interior of my house. He required a 50 % downpayment of $2650.00 and proceeded to paint our house. After three weeks we had two small rooms painted, our house is all torn up and the work that was done was mediocre at best. This morning July 30th, Jim Modlin showed up and promised that the job would be completed by August 11. I had to leave for a short time and when I came back he had loaded up all his ladders, drop cloths, paint brushes and left the job. He will not answer either of the phone numbers that we have for him. BEWARE of this man He claims to have a Christian Testimony but behaves like a thief and a liar. His work is substandard and you can't believe anything he tells you.

He did a great job and exceeded my expectations. He was very dependable, professional and came until the job was complete keeping to the projected time he said it would take. I was very comfortable having him in my home. I have more painting to be done in the future and he is definitely the one I will be calling.
