Carpet - Install
FerrensFlooring did an excellent job on my carpet in my new home! I got a call the day before they was coming from Menards saying they didn’t have all the carpet I needed. I panic. I called them and they kept me so calm and was saying it’s going to be all right, It’s going to be all right. And they were right I just had to go to another Menards to get more carpet but everything did turn out all right. They said they will be there at 9:30am to get started, they arrived at 9:25, very prompt. They were professional, they was nice, they was kind and they made my new home look fantastic! Samantha and Mike were awesome to work with. They followed up promptly to my Angie's List post, and gave me an estimate for the job the following business day. They started just two days later, and tackled a pretty large job that consisted of an old floor that was very poorly installed. Mike and the team ripped out the old floor and replaced it with an amazing new one, and great looking baseboards as well. You can tell these guys take pride in their work. All of the employees were very polite and respectful of our property. They left virtually no mess behind either after the work was completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have new carpet or floors installed.

Had Ferren’s Flooring out on two different occasions and Mike and his crew arrived promptly. They all were very courteous and their work was very professional. Our new floor looks fantastic and we couldn’t be happier. We would highly recommend them and most definitely will call them back for future projects.

I had a contractor walk out on me and Mike and his team measured and started same day! Perfessional and always on time. The team had four bedrooms completed along with a huge great room within the first day and it looked amazing. They came back and finished my basement the next day.
