I want to recommend this particular FedEx because the service has always been exemplary. Bill Ebbesmeyer the manager, greets me by name. Eric and Donisha, the other two people who work there, also recognize me. The service is prompt and efficient. I feel confident and comfortable--almost like I'm at a neighborhood coffee shop--when I go in. I think personal connections are important and the atmosphere at this office is personal and friendly.
