They quoted one price but charged over 175 dollars more after the move. Also, many items turned up missing upon later inspection. Mostly boxes of food stuffs, pots and pans and some clothing items. These are now lost forever. About 8 boxes worth of items are missing.

I contacted them on a recommendation from a neighbor who had used them for multiple moves. This was prior to my using Angie's List. The dispatcher told me the price per hour and the additional charges for time and fuel. My move ended up being on one of the coldest days of the winter. The movers showed up ready to work. They were very courteous, helpful, and strong. The truck they brought was larger than I had expected, so I ended up having them move more of my stuff than originally planned. This caused my cost to go up, but was totally worth the extra cost. In the end, I gave them a tip.

Not well. Father & Son estimated job arrival at 9:00am to be completed by 2:00pm. They arrived at 2:30pm. Completed the job at 11:00PM. Lost items, broken items and charged more than estimate.

They were very fast and efficient. I was able to book them on a Sunday and have three movers for a price lower than other companies who did not offer as much flexibility and choices.
