I've had an air conditioning service for the past 5 years and I've never had no problem with them at all. They're very professional and they do what needs to be done.

They called to confirm appointment, and showed up about 30 min after the call. Quick, neat, and professional. My system is working great.

They do very good. It took maybe about 30 or 40 minutes. They always check my humidifier and make sure it's all clean and well. The workers were very good. We got a hold of them and they put in a furnace and air conditioning unit for us. I've always had them for a long time now.

They were good they cleaned up after themselves everything so their really good.

I like them very much.



Their friendly, their very personable.

As it turned out, my husband didn't change the filter as often as he needed to so they had to replace the unit and it didn't cost anything because it was under warranty.

They showed up on time, did the work for the original phone estimate and left the work areas immaculate. They provided a thorough description of the features and functionalities of the equipment. I asked about electronic air cleaners and some other items and the talked me out of purchasing them, explaining why they believed I would be wasting my money to purchase those items. Dan and Steve were extremely professional and even stayed longer than planned to ensure proper programming operation of the thermostats. I'm very pleased with the performance of their recommended equipment and with the quality of the installation work.

We have been doing business with Steve for several years. He is very prompt. He never keeps you waiting. He is obviously very knowledgeable in this area. He is also very conservative and doesn't seal things you don't need at the time. He also teaches the homeowner things that they can do to make sure the furnace and water run well.
