Erker's installers came out as scheduled and installed their controller to replace the one from our original provider. In testing each sensor, they discovered that our prior company had never hooked up the smoke detector (that we paid a LOT extra for). We were impressed by their thoroughness and professionalism and have never had a moment of regret that we chose them for our home security system and monitoring.
Their charges for monitoring are less than our prior provider and we have never had our alarm go off and not gotten a call from them within a minute to determine if we need help. We couldn't be happier with the quality of their service.

There was an initial fee for installation of equipment and wiring, but I no longer remember that cost.
There is a total monthly fee of approx. $33, paid quarterly.
