I HAVE USED ENVIROGREEN TO PROVIDE LANDSCAPING SERVICES FOR THE SIX-UNIT TOWNHOUSE COMPLEX WHERE I LIVE IN ST. LOUIS. (I AM THE TREASURER OF OUR HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION.) AS IS OFTEN THE CASE, ENVIROGREEN WAS GREAT IN THE FIRST YEAR, BUT HAS STUMBLED A FEW TIMES IN ITS SECOND YEAR. I OFTEN HAVE TO CALL TO REMIND THEM TO PERFORM SERVICES THAT ARE PART OF OUR CONTRACT (SUCH AS 'HARD EDGING' OF ALL BEDS, OR LEAF BLOWING IN THE FALL). THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE TO THESE CALLS, BUT I FEEL I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO REMIND THEM TO PERFORM THESE "BASE LINE" SERVICES. ENVIROGREEN HAS MADE SURE THAT THEIR ANNUAL BID IS COMPETITIVE WITH OTHERS I RECEIVE, BUT THE REGULAR "OVERSIGHT" THAT THEY NEED GETS A LITTLE TIRESOME.
