Kelley Markowski was a very proficient and diligent energy auditor. She has very strong communication skills and was available to answer questions after the audit was completed. She was very comfortable with the energy audit equipment and careful getting it inside the house on exit. She was very professional explaining what she was going to do and what it meant. She was very focused on educating me as to what to do to accomplish recommendations. The original audit and follow-up took several hours and Kelley was focused on doing a good audit and not trying to merely finish. She was very flexible about waiting to go to the exit and until I had completed artwork. She was also punctual on both visits. I would use her service again and recommend to friends.

Great Job! We own a 3 story condo/town house built in the late 70's. It was difficult to keep warm in winter and cool in summer. Great variation between the 3 stories. In summer with heat set at 72 on the main floor in was 64 in the lower level and 87 on the third floor. Kellye came in and did a through job, spent more than 4 hours, and gave us both a verbal report and a written one. As result we hired an insulation company which followed her recommendations. We also had some minor adjustments to the HVAC, sped a fan up and put in a less fine filter. The result: 70 in the lower level, 72 on the main level and 77 in the upper level - even on the hottest days. We are very please. Kellye came back and did a retest and provided a follow up report. We are very grateful to her and await winter to see how much more comfortable our home will be. These few cool fall days have already shown a difference.

Fantastic. Communication from the start was great and he explained all the tests that were going to be performed, how long it would take, etc. He walked with me throughout the house with the infared camera showing areas of air infiltration and how to correct them. The 23 page report detailing the tests, results, and recommendations for improvements was sent quickly. I couldn't be happier.

Damien was professional and efficient. We implemented some of the recommendations from his report, and already our heating bills are 50% lower than last year. Included in the price was a re-test after we implemented the fixes.
