On May 19th I was shopping at. The associate offered to order an item in my size. I was told that I needed to pay for the item and she would notify me as soon as possible. She said that she had ordered it from New York and it would be shipped from there to my address. Weeks have passed and I never received anything. I reached out to the store and left a message, but received no return call. I then disputed the charge with AmEx and they removed the charge. I just received my current statement and the store had the charge applied again. I was very surprised to see this on my statement, and was notified that the store supplied the receipt. I never heard anything from them or received the item. In this case, it's definitely buyer beware.
