They came out, fixed everything and took everything out of the basement. They charged it in the insurance and they only have to make the report and sent it to me. They put out everything that was damaged and evaluate all that stuff. They wash the basement, sanitize everything and they haul out all the trash.

They come right out and shut off the power/gas/water and contract out other providers to diagnose the problem. They are basically the spearhead group with helping with the process of putting your home back together. They deal with the insurance company on your behalf. The gentleman in charge is very responsive and helpful.
