I called ahead of time to make sure they had the fuel filter and fuel hoses that I needed. Scott is cognizant of the fact that one’s shopping experience doesn’t always start when you go through the front door, sometimes it starts on the phone. I was impressed with Scott’s product knowledge, that he really appreciated the call. Jesus knew exactly what I needed and even suggested that I replace the hose clips with hose clamps, which I did. As I started to walk away with my old, nasty fuel filter and hoses, Jesus said, let me throw that away for you, sir. I had great service from the beginning to the very end, as I told Scott and Jesus, I have found my new “go to” lawnmower place, having recently moved to this area. Ron

Fixed our Lawn mower. Said it would take a week and they were done in 2 days. Rebuilt carburetor due to water in system. Definitely would use them again. They also recycle old gasoline.

I went in to their shop looking for a power lawnmower. The staff was very helpful and I ended up buying a reconditioned model that runs like new.

Told them I needed my mower right away and gave me an estimate . It was an excellent price and the walk-behind ran like new was it was finished. I would recommend Eljay products to anybody.

I found this company on the List and called to see their hours. The person answering the phone was very professional and helpful. I arrived and the person behind the counter took a look and indicated that they would take a look but it was not worth putting a new engine on the washer. Good advice and helpful in making a decision if they could not repair. I put down a 30.00 deposit (the fee to look at it) and left it feeling very good about the shop. They called 4 days later and said it was fixed. I paid the balance and the washer is again operational

Overall, very happy with the transaction. Everything completed faster than expected. Dropped the mower off at Eljay on a Saturday morning. They estimated a week for repair. They called back on Tuesday, ready for pick up. They got the mower working like new again; performed a major tune-up, replaced parts, plus balanced and sharpened the blade.

I phoned and gave them a run down on the mower and the work I wanted done. They gave me an estimate of $60-100. I took the mower to them on a Saturday morning (they are only open until noon on Saturday) and got a call back the middle of the next week saying that the mower was ready. They did all the work I requested plus they sharpened the extra blade. Since it had been a couple of years since I had used the mower, I asked Scott to give me a refresher on the steps to start it. Both he and the lady who is the cashier were helpful and friendly.

I was going to have to take my mower into them for repair, but after explaining the problem they sold me a $10 filter that solved the problem. They are very honest where they could of tried to sell me a new mower they saved me time money and a huge headache, and the mower runs fine now.
