My wife and I employed George Krause to perform an inspection on a home we were thinking about purchasing. George was very thorough in his investigation of the property. We must have spent at least 3 hours exploring every nook and cranny. No stone was left unturned. He brings all the tools and ladders to dismantle and climb into anything that needs to be inspected. We was extremely helpful in explaining his process as well as answering our questions. The report he produced was professional and thorough. We paid less then the price he quoted over the phone because he determined that some of the test that he might have to perform such as the termite test were not necessary based on the condition and construction of the home.

George spent approximately 2.5 hours going throughout our 2100 sq. ft. home discussing all the visible problems he encountered. He did a great job explaining how to repair a number of the minor issues. He also found several significant flaws that needed remedied. We were very impressed with his knowledge and friendly manner. He took the time necessary to explain everything with us, and then provided a very detailed report (25 pages) to us detailing all issues.
