Elite Exteriors

I waited several months after we received our insurance check.  After obtaining several bids I selected Dave with Premier because he was prompt in responding to questions and offered a fair price.  His crew finished the job in few days and we are very satisfied with their work.

Overall, they did very good work. Since it has rained, we've noticed one spot that we need them to come back out.

They are great guys! I call them and they are out within a day or two. Have always provided excellent service.

While the results look fine, the workers accidentally turned our gas grill on and left it on for hours, damaged part of our deck, among other things. The pace by which things were rectified was slow. The only time correspondence was quick was when it was time to pay,

Dave Leeders was the contact person from start to finish.  He was professional, courteous, and flexible.  He kept the job moving whenever possible as there were extensive delays caused by me being out of town and frequent rain delaying the roofers once I got back.  (I insisted on being in town and on site while all work was in progress.)  Also he had to go back to the insurance company because the adjuster had left an item off the estimate. 
      The roofing crew worked quickly and did not leave any mess.  I did not get on the roof to inspect.  I assume it looks okay.  It has a warranty and it was the insurance company's contractor selection so I feel reasonably secure.  The siding crew worked well, even repairing more than I expected.  They left behind a few nails and a tiny amount of debris but it was minor.  I would use them again. 
      Elite hired an outside contractor for the garage door as they do not do that themselves.  He arrived on time, was courteous and informative.  He was done in one day, seemed to do good work and did not leave a mess.  If his price was right I would hire him myself.
      Earlier I mentioned there were many delays.  Throughout Dave kept up good communications keeping me informed, and coordinating scheduling with the crews.  My calls were always returned in a reasonable amount of time. 
   Near the end of the process I received a release to sign for the insurance company saying everything had been completed (so Elite could get paid).  There were two items still undone so I did not sign it until they were completed. 
   Elite Exteriors did a very good job.  Given a competitive price I would hire them again, and I only say that about half of the contractors  I have used.

Very efficient, timely and excellent work.  Cleaned up totally up at the end of both days so by looking at the ground, you couldn't tell they had been there.

Dave was easy to work with and kept me informed as to when particular repairs were to be done. It took a while to get everything done but we understood due to the magnitude of damage in our area.

We have a contract on this house but the home inspection revealed the roof needed to be replaced. I callled Dave Leeders at
Elite Exteriors to give us an estimate. The sellers eventually agreed to use this company. They came out that Wednesday, they
covered the driveway to prevent their trucks fom dripping oil on our driveway, he also took pictures from start to finish. He quoted
me 2 roof vents but added another one because he felt it needed the extra airflow.

From meeting with the sales person to the laborers,I was very happy with the overall experience.  They did and excellent job.

They had to come back and fix the work again that they had previously done.  When I got the bill, I didn't feel like I should pay for them having to come back.  They said they would take care of the charges and I would not be help responsible.
