Completely professional, great communication, and could not ask for better service. They were on time to complete the job.

Please switch the above and below reports. Make sure any carpet sales company will guarantee their product to you in case of possible carpet defections. Always do your due diligence before making a purchase of this magnitude. My husband and I were short on time because we each have very high demanding jobs.....no excuse. Sad to say but this Mom & Pop company is a prime example of why people buy from Nation Wide chains. We bought an eight pound pad to help prolong the carpets longevity, it did us no good and now the only way to recap some of our losses it to take Edwards Carpet to small claims court. By the way there is a standard 5 year guarantee on most carpets. Check that out to before you buy.

RESPONDED TO ONE OF THEIR ''SALES'' LETTERS ABOUT A SPECIAL. BECAUSE OF A MIX UP IN ROOM DIMENSIONS (MY FAULT), HAD TO RE-PRICE THE JOB AT WHICH POINT IT WAS PRICED OUT OF OUR PRICE RANGE. HOWEVER, THE SALESPERSON OFFERED TO GET A DEAL FROM ONE OF HIS SUPPLIERS. SINCE I AGREED TO IT, I DON'T HAVE ANY RECOURSE, BUT I DON'T THINK THE QUALITY OF THE CARPET WAS WORTH WHILE. WHAT IS MORE TROUBLING IS THAT I HAVE MADE CLOSE TO 20 PHONE CALLS TO RESOLVE ISSUES RELATED TO 1) SCHEDULING 2) PRICING 3) WARRANTY WORK. THEY EXPECT TO BE PAID THE DAY OF WORK (EVEN THOUGH I WAS OUT OF TOWN), BUT ON THE OTHER HAND MAKE THE CUSTOMER WAIT FOR SERVICE FOR WEEKS. STILL WAITING TO SEE IF CERTAIN ''SEAMS'' BECOME LESS VISIBLE OVER TIME (ACCORDING TO THE INSTALLERS). INSTALLERS CRITICIZE THE MEASURER FOR SENDING THEM OUT ON WARRANTY WORK. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL.

THE SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THE INSTALLATION WAS PROMPT. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY NEAT AND DID NOT DAMAGE THE WALLS.

I ORDERED CARPETING THROUGH THEM AND PAID 50% DOWN. WITHIN 24 HOURS I CALLED TO CANCEL AND THEY REFUSED, STATING THE CARPET WAS ALREADY CUT. I FAXED THEM THE SAME REQUEST, AND THEY AGAIN REFUSED. THEY HAVE $2000 OF MY MONEY, AND REFUSE TO RETURN IT.
