Bob with Eagle Security was polite and prompt at returning calls. The workers who installed the system were professional, worked quickly and were clean. Overall, great experience. Turn around time was very quick.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I FELT THAT THEY WERE POLITE, PUNCTUAL AND COMPLETED WHAT I WANTED. WE HAD A PROBLEM AFTER THEIR FIRST VISIT - THE PHONE DIDN'T WORK. I CALLED THE DISPATCHER WHO TRIED TO TELL ME IT WAS UNRELATED. BUT THEN THE INSTALLER CALLED ME BACK AND WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO FLIP IT BACK ON, WHICH WASN'T VERY COMPLICATED.

SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED AS PROMISED AND WORKS PERFECTLY. WE ESPECIALLY LIKE THE REMOTE (HAND-HELD) DEVICES THAT WERE INCLUDED. MONITORING SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDE FOR A MONTHLY FEE IS PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE. WHENEVER WE ACCIDENTALLY SET-OFF ALARM, WE ARE CALLED VERY QUICKLY.
