We recently had damage from a spring storm, and parts of the siding needed repair. Because Eagle Contractors did the siding work in the past, I called them to find out if using a different contractor for the repairs this time would invalidate my warranty. It took a few weeks before I got a call back from Ray. Once he did call, we set up an appointment for 8/28/15 to come out and look at the house. He arrived on time for that appointment, and was pleasant and professional as always. He told me that he could estimate all the work for the storm damage repairs, which included replacing the entire roof and all gutters, plus siding and window and patio screening work. He looked the house over and said he'd get an estimate to me within the next few days. That was four weeks ago, and I have not heard from him either via email, mail, nor phone.
Based on his prior responsiveness record with us, I did not follow up with him, nor will I use him again for any new work on our house.
