Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Installed furnace and air conditioner in 2009 and 2012, respectively. The furnace circuit board went out due to moisture. They refused to fix at their expense, claiming it was due to lack of maintenance. In fact, upon having a reputable company repair the problem, we learned it was from poor installation. In fact, not only was the drain improperly installed, but they should have replaced the return air duct when they did the furnace, which they did not. When I explained I expected them to repair the problem at their expense, they refused. And, when I filed a complaint on the Better Business Bureau website, the proprietor called and spoke to me in a sarcastic tone. So, needless to say, I do not recommend this company.

We called one day, they came out the very next day and gave a quote. They stuck by their quote and gave us a great deal for a larger A/C unit. They were back within a week and installed and fixed everything. They were feeling bad about it taking a week, I thought they were very punctual! They were just great to work with all around.
