We used an Angie's List deal for the company for it's good value not to mention the company had many good ratings. I called after hours to schedule a house visit & was told dispatch would call in the morning. We were called promptly the next morning & told we were the third job on the day's list. We were notified by the technician when he was on his way - giving us an ETA. He arrived on time & went straight to work finding & replacing a corroded wire terminal. Within 20 minutes the AC was working again. The technician was friendly & communicative. We were happy to see that the technician wore a face mask. (Work was done during the 2020 pandemic) Whether it is the companies current regulation or the technician's own decision it was greatly appreciated & thoughtful.

Excellent! I love JT Dunn Heating and Cooling. We selected them out of 5 different contractors to install our brand new furnace and conditioner in 2017 and we hadn't had a problem since. We just had a 3 year tune-up and nothing was wrong and the ac is quietly humming away outside. Thanks to employee Robert Fitzgerald for coming out today and doing a awesome job and keeping us as customers!

Gas Leak Repair
Great customer service, prompt response and very clear expectation of charges before arriving. Onsite technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job. We smelled gas and, unfortunately, had our gas turned off for safety by utility company on a snowy night. When the utility company came back to turn the gas on, they even made a comment on how good of a job the technician did in finding all the leaks and fixing the issues. It was pricey, but assume that was mostly because it was a weekend night. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

The motor on my furnace stopped working. Called and someone came quickly and fixed it so we could heat through the night (it was too late to get a replacement). Came by first thing the next day and installed the new motor as well as went over the furnace. Will definitely hire again.

Our furnace broke down on a record-breaking cold day. My call to Dunn was also a cold call; I had never used them. I called at about 7:30 am and I had a functioning new furnace at 8:00 pm. They made every effort to help me. And you will notice that the installers stayed late. I could not have wished for better service. I am sure they responded to the fact that I am 75-year-old lady recovering from surgery. I felt like their most important customer of the day.

The work was completed to my satisfaction. My major problem was the call center that is handling this company’s appointments. She told me a price for a service call and labor and when the job was complete it was three times higher then what she told me on the phone. She also did not make my appointment correctly. I told her I needed someone ASAP she put it in the system as an appointment to be gotten to anytime. So I basically wasted a whole Nother entire day without gas service because she had no idea what she was doing. After work was completed we did settle on a price but it was still more than I was told.

plumbers were fast, efficient, put things back together and swept up debris. They however did damage 1 paneling board - looks like an elbow went in it in two places, cracked the paneling in two areas, which is now visible - bent in and cracked. They either did not see it or failed to mention...They worked fast, cleaned up, voluntarily placed an access panel for me, which I bought during their lunch break in the ceiling where a 8 by 8" square also had to be cut for the job. Left promptly, all was done professionally and efficiently... I only noticed this panel damage after they left. Now I will need to match- if I can- this exact panel and replace it) on my cost... The inspector asked -why they changed the pipe - lead drain arm- behind the dishwasher, connecting the mission band when it wasn't listed as work needed- mission band was listed. I agreed with the p-trap needing changing in addition to the mission band, the lead drain arm replacement, which added plenty to cost, the plumbers told me was needed. I was notified of the $79 show-up to location charge -after- the appointment was scheduled and plumbers were on their way.

This was a complex retrofit tankless water heater installation and out of 30+ companies called and solicited for this project, Brett and Dunn's HVAC was the only company to 1) entertain performing the installation correctly (gas line sizing and calculations), 2) had prior experiencing working with tankless heaters, and 3) took the time to work with me on a long list of specifications. These are bulletproof systems if the installation is done correctly and Dunn/Brett took the time to ensure the install was on point and everything went smoothly. They also installed a softener and filtration system. Everything went well from bid to install and I highly recommend Brett and Dunn's - will use again as I could not be more pleased!

Joe was fantastic! Professional and friendly, Joe kept me updated and educated on what needed to be done. He called about 20 minutes before arrival and per my request called again at arrival (so I could let my dogs outside in the yard). I called needing immediate after hours services because both AC failed me in the peak of summer and I wasn't going to have any of that! I was told that someone would be out to my house as the next in line and it should be about 2 hours. Joe arrived as expected! Cost of service below includes the after hours service call fee. Joe provided a cost for all repairs needed and obtained my approval before any work was done. Since I had two units, I agreed to the cost of each individually (and could have rejected the second floor if needed as the first floor unit is sufficient on it's own for my small house). I highly recommend Dunn Heating and Cooling and specifically Joe!
