Amazing company! I had my downspouts buried by Ace Stl/Drainscapes. Casey runs a great company with great employees. From the first communication, he was super polite, professional, and responsive. He was always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Casey called a week prior to the scheduled start date to notify me that the weather had pushed the date back and stated he would be in communication when he knew the exact date. The day that the work was done went flawlessly. In the morning I walked the yard with Casey one final time identifying exactly where the downspouts would exit. When the crew showed up he communicated with them everything we had discussed. The crew was great - they were polite and very efficient....finishing faster than they thought they would.

They were great. They were very nice and considerate people. They told me everything that was going to transpire, came in and got the job done quickly. They called me back every when i reached out to them. I would use them again.

My wife and I have been thoroughly satisfied with Ace St. Louis & Drainscapes without any doubts. When I first met Casey to create an estimate he pondered what he might do and gave me some good ideas. I spoke with 2 other companies in the estimating process all from Angie's list (1 did not respond). One individual gave some ideas also which were similar to what Casey proposed. Casey submitted a quote and was in the price range I was expecting and willing to pay. I had to remove some of my deck prior to the start date and started to wonder what could be done since the deck removal exposed deck issues as well as additional erosion issues that Casey could not see all this at the time of the estimate. On the morning that the work started I met with Casey in the back yard. He assessed the job again and within an hour we had a revised plan for the job. It involved removing a tree and adding an additional small retaining wall, which Casey quoted on the spot and we ran with it. I was totally impressed with Casey's ability to revise the original plan and come up with a revised plan that would consider future changes that I might make (i.e. removal of an above ground pool). His plan provided future options to expand the retaining wall and add flexibility to what we might choose to do in the future. This was the biggest plus I recognized while working with Casey and his company. His team are very skilled and work well together as a team (remarkable). They were on top of everything even when Casey had to make a run for material. I retired from a large local company recently as a lead engineer and have witnessed and know when a team works well together and has good upper management. Casey's team and company is a superb example of it. To summarize, if I ever need to do additional work like this for my yard, I will not check Angie's List, I'll just call Ace St. Louis & Drainscapes. Thanks Casey for a job well done.

They were great. I highly recommend. The owner took a lot of time listening to my ideas.  He explained his ideas very well.  They were very professional.

Our home lies near the bottom of what is essentially the local sump.  There are lots of slopes.   Over several years a few key issues materialized, including bad erosion in a few areas, standing water behind a retaining wall, horrible wash out conditions that were badly rutting our steep gravel driveway and water near the home's foundation.   
Casey Graves come on schedule for his appointment.  He was respectful and listened patiently to my version of everything I thought was wrong.   He then took the time to carefully review the landscape and drainage conditions and then discussed what he saw from his perspective - some of which was very different than what I had thought was wrong.   He very clearly explained everything we might want to do and applied absolutely no pressure in making hsi recommendations.  He then provided two proposals - one for extensive drainage upgrades that included three new commercial-grade drains to catch and re-route runoff and another to replace facia boards and poorly functioning gutters.   
He was honest about scheduling.   It was peak rain season and they had several jobs scheduled ahead of us.  We had to wait a several weeks to get things going but he remained in contact the whole time came his crew was on time and remained punctual throughout.  
The team was courteous and professional and I never saw them loafing.   I was always kept fully apprised of the progress and they cleaned up well upon completion.
After some time we needed to revisit a couple of minor issues and Casey was back on site right away to discuss and he resolved every concern.  
In short, I highly recommend Ace St Louis & Drainscapes!

The service went well. I thought the pricing of the deal was a bit high for what I actually got. What they did was a bit different than what was offered in the deal. One technician came out and was very friendly. He was knowledgeable and spent a lot of time going over things with us. I did not end up going through with the project. Scheduling was very simple and I did it all through the Angie's List message center.

Casey Graves, the owner, came out and gave me an estimate.  Workers arrived on time and did the work.  We were extremely pleased with the work and the professionalism of the company.

Ace St Louis & Drainscapes was running an Angie's List deal for a 1 hour drainage plan consultation for $79 (normally ~$230). The owner Casey came to perform the consultation and really did an outstanding job. He was very polite, thorough (even going as far as to test our basement sump pump), and knowledgeable and it was clear that he and his company perform high-quality work. Within a day after the consultation he provided detailed quotes for the various recommendations discussed during the consultation. Overall, a very positive experience and if you are having drainage problems I believe this service is actually worth the full price.

Had another contractor remove the existing gutter boards first, then the new ones installed.

Casey and his crew installed about 110 feet of French drain that cured our backyard drainage problem.  It turns out that we were on vacation when he did this but he kept me informed of the progress by email while we were overseas.  They did outstanding work and we are immensely satisfied.

All went well on the return visit.

This was one of the best companies I have done business with.   From getting a quote, through installation and delivery of my final receipt (which all do not send)  everything was outstanding.  Casey was very easy to work with and kept me informed throughout.  The bottom line on the quote was not the lowest cost (in dollars), but careful examination of the drainage products they were using and the method of installation convinced me that in the long run the value was superior (and lower cost) to others.  I watched the crew install the system and they too were very excellent.  They did a great job on saving the cut sod and small details where they could have cut corners.  After completion I told Casey - that if I ran a business I would hope that I ran it like he does with the Ace Drain operations.  I know this review probably sounds overly glowing - but I'm tired of doing business with marginal contractors and Ace was such a pleasure to deal with.

the workers were professional. they came out to my house a few days earlier and discovered ice in the gutters, they postponed the installation to avoid damage to my house. i am very pleased with the product, they will be coming back after the ground thaws to install a drainage pipe for one of the new downspouts. they removed the old materials and left things very clean.

We were please with the work that was performed.  We also liked when they came and gave us a quote for what needed to be done they explained how it would lay out and what materials would be needed so that our water problem could be solved.  They were courteous and finished the work on time and cleaned up after the work was completed.  Customer service, honesty, and good work to me these days are something that need to be address when running a business and Ace qualified for this would recomened them to other people.

Went well.   Was scheduled by work area, so we had to wait 2 weeks but we knew that in advance and they showed up the week they told us they would be here.
