I called Saturday morning and received a call back from Lorie within 15'. She informed me of their price, the increased hourly rate for Saturday and that if the serviceman had to go on the roof that it would be $40. extra. She asked if I wanted to wait until Monday in order to lower the cost. I told her to come today.

Eric arrived within the hour. He was polite, clean, and professional. He said that he could do the job from the basement stack but sugessted the roof because of the amount of water in the stack and the mess that it would make. I okayed his going on the roof.

The job took about 30'. There was no mess and the drain now runs well. The price was what I had been quoted on the phone and he took off $20.00 when I mentioned Angie's List.

The crew responded quickly to clear all our drains in the house we just purchased.   They found years of neglect and problems and were able to resolve all of them on one visit.  Good service and fair price for St. Louis market.

Sewer back up on Thanksgiving Eve. They new what to do right away. Cleaned up better then I would have done. Will only use them now. l

Excellent. Kevin cleared our sewer to get it working but did not stop there like others had in the past. Felt there was a bigger problem because of issues he had clearing the pipe from inside; wanted to clear it better from outside vent. Despite frigid weather, he kept looking for it and did not give up. (We had been looking for it off and on for month ourselves.) Finally found it on a severe angle and topped with a huge rock as a cap more than a foot beneath the surface. Cleared the rock and found the pipe was quite broken and the broken, angled pipe was the difficulty in both clearing the clog and why we had an issue in the first place. (Further examination found huge root had found its way inside the large opening, further blocking our line.) We followed up and now have an intact sewer pipe with a vent access from outside!! We appreciate his hard work and dedication to making sure things were right for us.

Went very well. Fixed the problem as stated above.

I thought the price was very reasonable for as bad as the situation was. I felt like they did good work.

The process took about 40 minutes. Eric explained everything he was doing and why. He was knowledgeable and comfortable to be around. The price was standard and we feel we got a good inspection and are comfortable with the work done. I would recommend them to anyone needing a lateral line inspection.
