Trenton Doss of Doss Real Estate Group LLC was my property manager from February 2013 until I fired him June 2014 for
1. failure to pay rental income on time and
2. failure to pay $1012 rental income for March 2014 at all
Since July 2014, he has failed to pay me this missing rental income and my tenant's security deposit of $1100. This is obviously a criminal act and wholly unprofessional. Doss Real Estate Group LLC can not be recommended as a property management business and the question is whether Mr. Doss will remain a dishonest property manager who has effectively stolen money from me.
A complaint has been placed with the Missouri Real Estate Commission.
