DOC HOLLOWAY'S AUTO REPAIR

My 2012 Honda Accord experienced a loud rumbling, humming sound for the longest. I finally learned it was the wheel barring making that noise and hired Doc to fix it right away after seeing his consistent 5-star reviews on Google. I got my wheel barring fixed and oil change within hours after getting it checked out. My car rides smoother than ever now. I would highly recommend Doc Holloway’s repair services. The car sounds brand new and was worth every penny.

Yesterday I was driving and white smoke was billowing out from under the hood. I opened the hood and he had installed a cheap rubber hose, the wrong size, over the injector return and diesel was pouring out onto the exhaust manifold. Drove to Autozone and purchased a temporary fix and then went home to order the correct hose to stop the leak correctly. Today I was going to Earth City and the transmission started whining so I pulled over and it was pouring transmission fluid all over the ground. Had to arrange a tow truck and am out of pocket $60 for the tow and another $17 for the Uber home and back to his shop to pick up the truck. He called me and told me that they had not tightened the return line and said he would reimburse me for the tow but not for the Uber. When I picked up the truck he refused to give me the $60 for the tow unless I showed him a receipt. He claims that he only put 2 quarts of fluid in the transmission and no damage has been done. The transmission has only 15,000 miles since I spent $2,200 to have it rebuilt and is still whining. I took my truck to him because of his reviews here. BEWARE!! He does not stand behind his work.

I've gone back to them because they're very good. I like their honesty, professionalism, and cooperation. I'd say the prices were very good.

We were very pleased with the work performed and also the price which is definitely less than most other places.  If something DIDN'T need to be done, he would tell you so.  We highly recommend Doc's.  We do have an extra car but find that he has delivered on time every time!

my car was brought in for an oil change on a thursday, and while doing the change they noticed a bad tie rod. They kept it for three days and never did get to the alignment. I needed the car for work, so picked it up and arranged for an appointment to bring it back the following week for the alignment. I made the appointment DAYS in advance and again dropped it off on a thursday. It sat until Monday without them even looking at it! 4 days later WITH an appointment! Surly workers, slow as molasses. If you don't have have a back up vehicle I wouldn't bother with these guys.

They checked and reassured about a heating reading I was concerned about. Oil change and fluid check was performed quickly and professionally

They are very good. Their price is fair. If something goes wrong, they will fix it for free. Even my kids and friends go there.

We have also had repairs done with him. I just trust him. I have been going to him for years. I would recommend him to other members. I would continue to use him again in the future if needed.

He's always fair with me. I've dealt with him for twenty years. He's good with diagnosing and fixing things for me. He's friendly and professional. He's pretty good with scheduling my appointments. He can always be cheaper in terms of price. I will use his services again in the future.

They are technically excellent. Their prices are very good. They are slow even for something small even to leave the car at the crack of dawn. I live two miles away from them and even in the heat of August they can’t run me home and a lot of shops are willing to do that. They are always too busy to pick you up and drop you off. They are very condescending and irritable. On the other hand, their work and prices are good. They are very fair and never lie. Usually the work is done the same day. Their work was prompt and they always offer to show you the old part. They never you need something that is not necessary.
