Excellent! Coco was very professional and knowledgeable. Her advice on what to do or not do to a home was spot on, her eye for staging was impeccable, and her advice for setting the list price for maximum buyer interest was very accurate. My house sold same day with multiple offers above asking price. Coco stays with the owner throughout the close process and ensures a smooth close. I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home and will definitely enlist her services for my next home transaction.
