DEPENDABLE PLUMBING & SEWER CLEANING

OMG! I couldn't have been more satisfied or impressed. Not only did they book me on the same day that I called, they called early to ask if the plumber could come early! It couldn't have been much more than an hour between my call and the plumber's arrival. The sewer line was opened quickly and efficiently. The clogged tub drain received the same treatment. For the work, I thought the pricing was very reasonable. Courteous and very knowledgable. Would hire again without hesitation. It looks like it was only the lack of reviews that kept them from the Super Service Award, so I hope my review helps!

I left a message at 6.00 last night and by noon the job was done. They were excellent at communication and Eric, the plumber, obviously was very knowledgeable and concerned about my pets and minimizing mess. Very good service.

Great. They have come out twice. You will have to make an appointment because they are a small company, but they came on time. They have been around a long time and they know their business. We had one drain that was clogged at the street and one drain that had been filled with styrofoam and concrete to stop it up. They chiseled it out and both drains work great now.

He promptly diagnosed the issues and was very thorough in making certain everything was in good working order before he left. The bill was reasonable and Eric Gregory was respectful and congenial. I will definitely use this family operation again!

It went very well. The service person was punctual and professional. He was, also, very methodical about his work and told me the exact problem.

We have been using Dependable for years.  They are the first business we ever picked out from Angie's List.

The person who came out was able to quickly diagnose the reason for the leak under our sink and show my partner where the line was cracked in the existing faucet.  We spent about a week looking for a new one, called Dependable to come back out and install it which they did in just a day or two.  They were in and out quickly and we've had no trouble since.

We are about to call them for another problem.  We have a 106 year old house, so I suspect we will be contributing to Dependable's profits for a while.

He came for the estimate and was more reasonable that the other bid.  He came after I purchased the new faucet and gave me some tips to prevent damage to the new faucet.

He is very prompt and very helpful.  He fixed a leak in my basement and didn't charge me for it.  If it's something you can buy and do, he'll gladly tell you.  He's not trying to rip you off.

Went very well, service was scheduled same day, arrived promptly, & completed the job in less than an hour.  Third time I have used them, intend to use them again.

The plumber was professional and fixed two separate problems on his visit, per my request.  He was able to fix a defective toilet that kept running without having to order the part.  Overall a good experience.

Our kitchen sink clogged on Thursday night. Even DRANO didn't work.   Friday morning we got on Angie's List and found DP&SCC was located in our area.  They were pleasant on the phone, gave an estimate up front, and arrived within the hour.  Eric arrived, assessed the problem by inspecting our sink and the pipes in the basement, and then went to work.  He was very friendly, knowledgeable, tidy, and exceeded our expectations.  All went well.  Our sink was clog-free in less than an hour.

I called one day, and he came on the same day. He is very reasonably priced. I am pretty sure I get a senior citizen discount, which is good. He really knows what he is doing. He is very polite, and everything. He explained to me what he was doing and stuffs.

I was not sure who to call when we found out we needed a plumber, so I checked Angie's list for a reference and found this company.........very happy I did.
We had a very good experience  from the first telephone call to writing the check for the service.  The plumber, Eric, was prompt, polite, efficient.  Everything was cleaned up and left as it should be and the charge was VERY reasonable.  We will definitely use this company again.
(and again, this washing machine is at my mother's condo, not my home address...........)

I called him and two others, everyone gave me a bid. He was the only one who said he would give me a free estimate and his bid than the ones over the phone who didn't even come out. He was coming over to do the estimate and I asked him when he could do it and he said if he had all of the stuff in his truck he would do it right now, and he did! Everything he needed material wise was in his truck! The owner of the company was the one who did the work.

I had a small plumbing to-do list and called to have Dependable come in and take care of these things.  They showed up on the day I asked and called prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way and to verify they had any supplies that they would need for the job. 
Without wasting any time they completed all of the items on my list except one.  The one item not completed was potentially more time consuming than I anticipated and would have also required wall tile in the shower to be removed.  Once that was explained to me I decided to hold off on having this done as it is not imediately necessary.
Also, I asked to have the wax seal in one bathroom replaced and after Dick looked at it he said that just tightening the bolts took care of the problem.  His honesty is wonderful and refreashing, he could have done the extra work and I would have never known the difference.
This is our second house and we have used Dependable for various things including sewer problems as well as general plumbing.  I have only had one other plumber do work for me and I was very dissastified and will never call anyone except Dependable.

Responsive as one would hope to expect but don't always get. Fine Job.

Dependable responded to my call about our drain in the basement backing up. This was after heavy storms and they were quite busy with storm water backups. They came out but could not find the sewer access in my front yard. They checked from inside the house and could not do anything from there. Without access to the sewer line in the yard, they couldn't really do anything. I planned to call the sewer district the next day to try to find the access, but the line cleared out on its own before I had a chance, so they didn't come back. They were really good at communicating what was going on and did not charge me a service call even though they came out, because they couldn't resolve the problem. I thought that was really nice. I will definitely call them in the future.

They responded promptly (next business day), arrived on time, and performed the work carefully.  Friendly service.

I don’t think it was an emergency. They came out to look at the work and advised us. We had a bigger problem other than roto-rooting the pipes and they told my husband how to fix it. So my husband fixed it. They were really quick and probably spent 15 minutes looking at the leak problem and then roto-rooted the pipes. I am not sure how long it took since I wasn’t here. However, my husband followed through on what they said to do. The price was like everybody else’s. The quality of their service was good. I don’t know how punctual they were since my husband was here. I would use their services in the future too.

The repairman was quick and courteous.

We spent $80 for that work. He showed up when he said he was going to be here, got the work done properly and charged us a reasonable price. They live up to their name and we would recommend them to others.

Fast, courteous response, with service call the next morning even though it was Christmas Eve. The fee was very reasonable and the serviceman took time to explain the full nature of the problem. We would be happy to hire them again and recommend them to others.
