Hard to believe the lack of professionalism from this business. Would not answer the phone and took two days to return a message that was left. The call was returned at 9:25pm on Saturday evening and only stated they were not interested in additional business this season. (Not exactly impressive to call at a time when it is unlikely that anyone would answer the phone.) I had heard this company was good and came recommended from a co-worker, but unfortunately, the exact opposite seems to be the case. Very bad form all the way around.

Holiday Decorating
I like that they came early. They put the lights up when I want them up. They have a schedule and there's a way I have to do it. I have to send my paperwork immediately to get on the schedule because it's getting so big. They're fabulous. If there's burned out lights, they'll come back and fix them. We're very pleased with them.
