THE LADY WAS VERY HELPFUL ON PICKING OUT COLOR OF MAT AND FRAME STYLE. SHE WAS BUSY AND HAD TO STOP A LOT TO ANSWER PHONE. WE HAD TO WAIT ALMOST A MONTH FOR WORK TO BE COMPLETED. EVEN WITH DISCOUNT, THOUGHT THE COST WAS EXPENSIVE.

MY HUSBAND WAS LOOKING TO GET A MAP MOUNTED AND FRAMED. HE WANTED A CASUAL FRAME. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME PICKING OUT WHAT HE WANTED. THEY ALSO TOLD HIM THAT IF HE DIDN'T LIKE WHAT THEY DID IT WOULD BE FREE OF CHARGE.
