HE ROSE HIS VOICE WITH US WHEN WE ASKED HIM QUESTIONS, DIDN'T CLEAN UP FOR HIMSELF AND DIDN'T ACT PROFESSIONALLY ABOUT HIS JOB. I DO NOT WANT HIM IN MY HOME AGAIN. HE WANTED TO OVERCHARGE US $50 FOR A PART. WE WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THAT IF MY HUSBAND HAD NOT GONE WITH HIM TO THE STORE AND DISCOVERED THAT THE PRICE HE GAVE US WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE ACTUAL COST. HE EXPECTS YOU TO GIVE HIM CASH TO GO BUY PARTS AND THEN COME BACK BECAUSE HE DOESN'T HAVE CREDIT. HE HAS MADE THE PROBLEM WORSE AND OUR WATER PRESSURE IS DOWN. THE ICEMAKER IS STILL A PROBLEM. WHEN I CALLED HIM TO TELL HIM IT WAS STILL A PROBLEM HE DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY. I FEEL THAT HE LIED TO US ABOUT THE PRICE AND ABOUT HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO DO THE WORK. I DON'T WANT TO SEE ANYONE ELSE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY HIM.

DEPENDABLE AND REASONABLE. WE ALWAYS CALL DAVE WHEN WE HAVE A PROBLEM. VERY RESPONSIVE AND THE PLUMBING BUSINESS IS A HARD ONE TO KEEP UP WITH.
