DAN'S TUCKPOINTING

Dan did a wonderful job & even did some extra work such as tuckpointed the fire box & window sill & did not add on to the original quote.

I thought he did a very sloppy job and I am not happy about his work. Besides the actual work being sloppy, he left a lot of debris that I had to pick up myself. I would like him to redo some of the work and I would like him to give me a discount on the services he provided because I had to clean up his mess. The job took a very a long time as well, because they would only work a few hours a day. They said they were going to do the whole chimney, but they didn't do whole chimney because they said they couldn't get the bricks even after I paid them for the bricks. He has not returned my money.

I needed a chimney tuck pointed. Dan provided estimate in timely fashion. He came to do the work as soon as we had some dry weather. The day he did the work, I asked if he could tuck point a window sill. He said no problem. We had a lot of rain later that day and evening, but the masonry work was unaffected. Dan came by in the morning the next day to make sure there were no problems.

Our brick front porch was crumbling. Dan arrived two days earlier than originally scheduled, completed work about an hour earlier than anticipated, was able to use brick we had saved for years and gave us credit for it! He also replaced some of the brick on the house that was cracked. He did a fantastic job, was very polite and the cleanup was better than any other crew we've had out here doing other jobs. Thumbs up! I would definitely recommend him.

Though the $500 estimate was higher than we expected, we needed the work done in a hurry. This problem was discovered while having our deck rebuilt. An estimate from another company with the same recommended work, was $600, so we went with Dan. We got the estimate on a Thursday, and he did the whole job on Monday morning, allowing our deck builder to get back to work on the deck. The brick looks great. You can't even see the repair, nor was there any mess left behind. We were even more happy when we discovered he only charged us $275, which was $125 less than his estimate. Makes me want to find something else we need him for!

OUTSTANDING in every way. I have already recommended him to several friends. I would use again in a minute.
