We were surprised to learn that Daltile offers a showroom only and requires an appointment. One must have their own contractor order and install the products. They recommended several tile contractors. We used Henges to order the product. Daltile had a sample card and were good at getting new color samples in. Delivery times for Terra Green products are variable, since it's a small supplier and they batch runs. Allow lots of lead time and order extras. The 6x6 deco tile in the fireplace surround arrived w/ two corners broken. I glued the corners on to allow it to be used as a spacer while waiting for the replacement tile to arrive. It took close to 2 months for the replacement to arrive.

The showroom was roomy and pleasant. Our contractor knew a salesman and this helped considerably. The original tile arrived as expected. Unfortunately, one box had many cracked tiles. The contractor needed an additional box. We were told it would take twice as long (one week) to get the replacement box as it did to get the original shipment. Fortunately, our contractor went up to the showroom and personally spoke with someone else who was able to sort out the situation and get the replacement tile sooner rather than later. It would have been great if the second box could have been shipped as quick as the initial order (which was also shipped).
