The product was great, installation was professional and timely, and their price was very competitive. Dalo provided a carefully itemized bid, which helped us figure out how to proceed. I would certainly use them again.

My experience was horrible. When I went to get my windows tinted I told them I wanted all three of my back windows as dark as they had available, but my two front windows I asked for legal tint. Not only did my tint start coming off after a month, which I had a gaurantee on or a warrenty that I paid for that they made every excuse to not fix but then I got a $100.00 ticket for them not putting the right grade on the front windows. Then after I asked them to remove the tint and put the correct grade legal tint on for me, after I told them I recieved a ticket they told me all they could do is remove it for $50.00 dollars for both windows. I will never go back to them or recommend them to anyone

Excellent. The estimator was right on time, and very thorough in explaining the options of film. Sheduling the install was very easy and within days of request. The installation team (2 men for 9 large windows) were right on promised time, finished in what I thought was half the time needed, and cleaned up s*** and span. We noticed the effect of the film right away. Those three rooms seemed instantly cooler on hot afternoons. We'll see next summer if it saves electricity
