THEY RESPONDED THE SAME DAY. IT WAS ACTUALLY COLD AND THEY CAME THE SAME DAY TO SEE IF THEY COULD FIX THE OLD ONE FIRST. THE NEXT DAY THEY CAME AND INSTALLED A NEW FURNACE AND CLEANED UP. I WAS VERY PLEASED.
