Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
We got a wonderful design and beautiful materials, much better than other companies had shown us as we searched for a designer. However, timeliness, the follow-through on shipments, and checking the shipment for accuracy were poor. They did correct mistakes, though. It just took time and aggravation. I recommend them for design, but be prepared to spend time following through, checking up, and returning inaccurate shipments. In the end, we have a beautiful kitchen.

Cutters has provided excellent customer service. My designer, Ann, is/was wonderful, creative, and fun to work with. They stood behind their commitment to a very complicated and large kitchen installation. The work and finished product are fabulous.
