every part of this transaction was painful. from jim, the tech, going to the wrong house b/c dyslexia?, to not calling back, to just plain not showing up for scheduled appointments, this company is a joke. they did not fix our dishwasher after repeated visits. our wooden kitchen floor got warped from them not completing the repair properly. honestly, our dishwasher did not work for a good couple of months while we waited for them to make good on previous unsuccessful PAID service visits. do not use this company for anything. if you need fisher/paykal service, call AAA appliance repair.
