We have been very pleased every time. Rich has been friendly,
thoughtful, and prompt both with estimates and with completion,
and reasonable with prices, not going above estimated costs. He treats
his workers well and reports to us that he pays them well. They
seem to stay with him a long time. We always recommend him.?

I was really pleased with them. They showed up on time and they cleaned when they were gone. I trusted them enough that I gave them a key when I was gone. I'm really pleased with what they do. They aren't expensive and they are very reliable. He is in the neighborhood and he has a lot of experience with working on older buildings. He gave me a bid and stayed within the bid. I knew what I was getting into at the beginning. I was then able to make the decision. I would use him again.
