Florists
The roses were brought to the front door of my office building without any paper or wrapping. They died within 4 days, never looking very good. I called the florist and he was very rude, loud and argumentative. He did end up refunding half of the cost, which I found unsatisfactory.

FLORIST WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. HE CLAIMED THE FLOWERS WERE FRESH THAT MORNING, RANTED ABOUT UNRELATED TOPICS, AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME. HE DIDN'T GIVE ME A CHANCE TO RESPOND, EVEN IF I HAD WANTED TO. TO BE HONEST, HIS RANT LEFT ME SPEECHLESS ANYWAY. THIS WAS OUR SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS FLORIST. A FEW YEARS AGO, MY HUSBAND BOUGHT CUT ROSES THAT DIED WITHIN A DAY. WE DIDN'T REPORT IT THAT TIME.
