Working with Dave & Donna was easy. I would call at any time and just leave a message with what my need or problem was. They always got back to me to work with me in any way they could. Darrin was one of my plumbers, and he always listened. I had a hand-held shower head installed in our tub, and he extended the hose to be able to have a longer reach (Kohler or any of them only makes a 5 or 6 hose, and if you have to come around the tub a bit, your reach becomes limited quickly). He worked with all the curves I threw at him. I needed more questions answered than the average contractor. When problems surfaced, they got on them immediately and this was most important. You re going to have problems just how will they be handled? One problem was the holes that were cut for the pipes. Many were over-cut larger than needed which meant for more flashing. I did tell them of our opinion re: the holes so that they had the information. You cannot improve what you don t know.
