We had a quote given and it was recommended by Jeff Young to move our water heater per regulation code, and we passed the STL county inspection as a result. Thank you, Jeff, for your expertise on this. Then when we did not receive our Spire rebate, we called Veronica and Jeff and they reapplied for the rebate. We have had a good experience with Crestside because they do follow up.

Crestside is our go-to HVAC company for several decades now. They are thorough, dependable, honest.

We have used them since the 1990's for our HVAC needs. They've always had polite and knowledgeable technicians, always been good about calling to let us know when they were coming (or if an earlier opening came up), and were quick to come if we had a problem (which was rare.)

It's the product they put in, not everybody service that brand and so they know it they have all the parts for it and they do great every time, I can rely on them every time they come out.

No worries, excellent work, they come when they are suppose to, they have an excellent product and they are very conscientious.

Their price is a little high but their product stands up for that, other than that I think they are doing a good job.

Since I had used Crestside for my A/C work at my last house for 13 years and was very happy with them, when I had a problem with my A/C leaking water from the coil housing at my new house I called Crestside late in the afternoon on Monday, July 21. They had an estimator call me in less than 15 mins and arranged to come out at no charge first thing Tuesday morning to take measurements and check model numbers. Ed was right on time and scheduled the installation of the new coil for 8AM the next day - Wednesday July 23. John came on time Wednesday. While working, when he discovered a part was needed that he didn't have on his truck he called in and had it delivered by another technician instead of interupting his work to go get it. Likewise after he installed the coil and took final measurements for the new sheet metal, the shop fabricated it and sent it out with another guy, so again no lost time.
The whole job was complete, old parts and empty boxes removed, and the unit tested by 1PM the same day. A nice clean job and I now have the right size coil and sheet metal so I have more room to get past the unit to the washer/dryer.

During the 35 years we have owned our house, we have used Crestside exclusively for hvac services so they maintain all our equipment and installed any new equipment we have needed during that time.  So we only call them.  Two weeks ago the top of our 18 year old water heater was leaking slightly and not producing much hot water.  We decided we needed a new water heater and called Crestside for an appointment.  When they did the spring inspection of our a/c, they gave us an estimate of a new waterheater.  They gave me an appointment for the installation, arrived when they said they would. The installer was polite and friendly.  He wiped up any water spills, removed the old waterheater.  He entered through the basement as I asked.  The price was exactly as they estimated.  Now we have plenty of hot water.  The experience was entirely positive.
