THEY WERE WONDERFUL. THE DESIGNER SPENT ALMOST AN HOUR WITH ME SELECTING THE FRAME AND MAT. WE PRICED THEM AND A COUPLE OF OTHERS, AND THEY WERE THE MOST REASONABLE. WE ALSO SELECTED THEM BECAUSE THEY SPECIALIZE IN FRAMING ANTIQUE PIECES, AND WE WANTED THAT LEVEL OF CARE FOR OUR KETUBAH. THEY WERE TIMELY, RESPONSIVE AND UNDERSTANDING. THEY UNDERSTOOD THE SPECIAL NEEDS OF PREPARING THE MAT AND COVERING WITH MYLAR, LENDING US AN EASEL FOR THE WEDDING, AND THEN FRAMING THE REMAINDER AFTERWARD. THEY REFUSED TO TAKE THE BALANCE OF THE PAYMENT UNTIL THE SECOND PART WAS COMPLETE. THOROUGHLY SATISFIED.
