I have a complicated home theater system & really needed good advice when the heart of it died last year, I got it from Kevin.
I needed a receiver that would handle multiple indoor & outdoor zones with multiple TVs & a projector, so asking for advice from the box stores was not an option.
Kevin was able to get me exactly what I needed at a fair price within one day, you just can't ask for any better. My new Pioneer Elite receiver does so much more than the old one & is 4K ready.

We just noticed that you posted a review on Angies List that talked about your system still having issues and that we “try hard” and “do not get it” when designing automation systems. 1st off we would like to try and help resolve any issues. We have installed 100’s of systems since we have been in business without issue and great success. We have actually have won awards and are a gold dealer with Control4 now. This is due to the level of installers and capabilities we have. I know you have had some issues in the past that we have been trying to fix from the original installation completed by American TV in 2010 not Creative AV and Automation. We actually have not heard from you for over a year and our last trip to your home looks like it was 6/2013. We do want to 1st again make sure you have a working system but also at the same time do not want to have a negative review that may hurt our business on a system we did not design and install. The heart of the system and issues we have fixed were installed and designed by American TV in 2010 not us. On the items we have installed from start to finish like The Wireless Access Point for WiFi coverage have been projects that have worked great and without issues. Let me know if there is anything we can help with on making your system work better and if possible, please edit the or remove the review and change to reflect American TV not Creative Audio Video and Automation."
