COUNTY COMPUTER REPAIR

They did ok. I am happy with their work. I took my computer to them. I would give them an A, but they lost the cable for my laptop, they did finally find it. I can t complain about their price. I would use them again in the future.

The service call went very well except that Richard was about a half an hour late. But that was the only negative aspect of the experience. He was polite, professional and efficient. He asked alot of questions about what exactly we wanted done with our computer. He took his time and was thorough. He contacted AT and T to verify some things regarding our DSL and hardware. He worked at least an hour and 30 min. but only asked to be paid for 1 hour. I insisted on paying him for the full time because he was very thorough and helpful.

They were very accommodating and only charged us for the one hour labor time for installation of the hard drive. They are friendly and reliable. Our computer works great and hasn't had any further problems with it.

Richard gave me an estimate over the phone that seemed very reasonable compared to other companies. He came out the next day and set up my DSL and wireless access. He worked quickly and was done in about 1 hour. I'm pretty clueless about computers, but he answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable! He showed me how to use my new service and gave me some quick pointers about what to do if something went wrong. I would definitely use him again.
