This business has been under new ownership for about a year. I had used their services prior to the sale of the business and been very pleased, so I took two large drapery panels in to be dry cleaned. When I picked the panels up and brought them home, I unfolded them and noticed the panels were ruined. The center layer of the curtains had been melted or destroyed by some other means and was cracked and flaking off with pieces of it falling out of the bottom of the curtains. The curtain panels were unable to be ru-hung or repaired. I returned to the store at approximately 2pm the same day. The associate was not helpful and stated that there was nothing she could do and I would have to contact the manager (Mary) the next day, as no manager was available either on the premises or by phone despite it being normal business hours. In response to my asking for at least the $52.00 cleaning fee to be refunded, the associate stated she had no authority to do so, but did inform me "there is no way she (Mary) is giving you your money back". My husband called Mary the next day and she refused to take any responsibility, return the cleaning fee or provide any compensation for the ruined drapes. Mary stated that the drapes were cleaned according to the tag on the panels. My husband reminded her that he was not present for the cleaning and had no idea what she had done to the panels, only that the center layer was intact when dropped they were dropped off and ruined when picked up. Mary advised my husband to contact the owner, Mr. Tim Rogers. My husband attempted to contact Mr. Rogers twice by phone, leaving a message each time. Mr. Rogers never bothered to call back. A complaint was filed with the BBB and again the company has refused to take any responsibility. I now have to pay to replace the drapery panels and have to pay for a service that I was clearly unsatisfied with. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Check the Yelp reviews, mine is not an isolated incident. Obviously, this company doesn't care about its customers' satisfaction or if they return.

Very polite, friendly, and offered a discount. Items were ready on the date promised and completed as expected. Prices are comparable to others. I will use again and recommend to others.

I have been using this service for over 20 years. They are undoubtedly the best in town. Prompt service. No more badly pressed shirts. No more buttons cracking off. Missing buttons are always replaced at no additional charge. Yet to have a shirt or slack come back with a stain. The staff is knowledgeable about cleaning and always courteous.
