Charged me $318 to diagnose a hat my phone needed a new battery and screen (no s***) saying they needed to order the parts. Then when I called and canceled (going elsewhere who could do it more efficiently), they only refunded $117 keeping $200 saying it was for diagnostics.

Great experience. Everyone I dealt with - on the phone or in person - was friendly and helpful. I also liked that they had a very thorough Service Repair Order form and detailed exactly what the problem was and everything that I left with them.

My business is on my computer, without it I'm lost and not making money. Computer Solutions was so nice and helpful explaining what would happen, they said 3 to 5 business days, so glad it was the 3 days and not more. They did say it could be $250.00 + if the information needed to be extracted through data recovery. They were able to access it and just had to back up the hard drive. They called me twice, once to say they had the data backed up (the most important thing in my world) and the new hard drive would likely be to their shop the following day. I will say they are a little tough to find as the suite they are in is around the back of the building, they gave me a landmark or I might have never found them. I would recommend them to anyone who has a Computer problem (but as they told me) "We don't do Windows" they are Macintosh only, believe me it's so hard to find a repair shop that really know Apple's products!
