Computer Repair
Rich can be a bit blunt, but if you know how to talk to him, he's a really nice guy. He quickly diagnosed the problem but could not fix it because the hard drive was defective. He referred me to a data recovery company they are affiliated with that wanted $2400!!! I found another company that did the same thing for $500. I would have appreciated a better referral even if Computer Power House didn't make a commission by referring me to the cheaper company.
